Returns and Refunds

Ceramic items

Ceramic items are sold as seen in photographs on the online shop. All ceramic objects are made individually and by hand, as a such variations will exist due to the mode of production.

Refunds are accepted in the event of damage to the item as a result of postal mishandling.

If pieces are damaged in transit resulting in breakage, cracks or chips to the piece buyers are asked to send photographs via email of the damage to both the item and to the packaging which has caused the breakage. Upon receipt of this a conversation around selection of replacement or refund can begin. If the piece in question is part of an ongoing production run a replacement will be offered. If the piece is no longer part of a production line alternatives may be offered, if this is not acceptable a refund will be provided.

General refunds for reasons other than damage or loss are not routinely offered.

Reasonable efforts will be made by the workshop provider to accommodate changing availability of participants.

Rescheduling for up to two late notice cancellations (with less than 24 hours notice) will be accommodated per course period. Any further late cancellations thereafter will be regarded as having been attended and that session will be forfeited.

If a break is required blocks of workshop sessions can be held for a period of up to 8 weeks to commence at a later date where reasonable availability exists. Thereafter the workshop provider reserves the right to refuse refunds as a result of subsequent non-attendance.

Refunds for workshops services are not offered unless as a result of exceptional personal circumstances. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis with the service provider reserving the right to the final decision.
